Unagi No Tare is a thick, sweetened soy sauce from Japan. Traditionally used to create the Japanese delicacy of freshly grilled eel, this seasoning sauce is extremely versatile.
Sweet, savoury and full of flavour, it is delicious on any BBQ dishes. Think grilled meat, fish, tofu or mushrooms.
All you need is a light brush or drizzle of Unagi No Tare to give sweet-savoury notes and heighten the flavour of any dish.
