Description
Urban Merchants Cognac Mustard combines the distinctive character of mustard with the rich flavour of Cognac. Smooth and creamy in texture, it makes a versatile condiment for everyday meals as well as more special occasions.
Cognac Mustard works particularly well with meat and charcuterie. Serve it alongside roasted beef, pork, chicken or sausages for a savoury accompaniment with a distinctive flavour. It also pairs beautifully with pâtés, terrines and cured meats, making it an excellent addition to a classic charcuterie board.
Its smooth consistency makes this mustard easy to spread and mix. Use it in sandwiches and wraps, or add it to burgers for an extra layer of flavour. It can also be stirred into sauces and dressings when you want to introduce the characteristic flavour of mustard with the added depth of Cognac.
For cooking, use Cognac Mustard as an ingredient in creamy sauces for meat or as part of a marinade. It can also be combined with oil, vinegar and herbs to create a simple dressing for salads and vegetables. A small amount can add depth to recipes without requiring several different ingredients.
Urban Merchants Cognac Mustard is a practical addition to the gourmet kitchen. Keep a jar ready to serve with your favourite meats, cheeses and charcuterie, or use it to add flavour to homemade dishes.
Whether served directly at the table or incorporated into your cooking, Cognac Mustard offers a versatile way to enhance a wide range of dishes. Its combination of smooth mustard and Cognac makes it a natural choice for gourmet meals, entertaining and everyday cooking.
