Ingredients: Pork leg (90–95%), water, salt, dextrose, stabilisers (e.g. phosphates), natural flavourings, sugar, preservative (sodium nitrite), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate).
Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C at all times. Once opened, wrap tightly or store in an airtight container and consume within 3–5 days. Suitable for freezing; store at -18°C or below if frozen. Defrost in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
