The cacao for this bar of chocolate is from the Baracoa region in Cuba on the eastern tip of the island. The Trinitario strain of cacao is predominant here but takes its aroma from Criollo to produce a very fine high quality chocolate. The beans used to produce this bar have a delicate honey flavour that is simply born to be with orange. Crafted in Willie’s chocolate factory in England.
