Madagascan 71 Sambirano. There is only one cacao producing area in Madagascar in the north of the country, north and south of the river Sambirano. The plantation is open to visitors and is often listed as one of the world’s top plantations. Tasting so astonishingly of summer fruits it’s hard to believe that all of the flavour comes from the cacao. The beans produce a bar with a wonderful natural flavour and juicy notes of summer fruit.
