Method

1. For the perfect Cheese and Saucisson Board, always serve cheese and charcuterie at room temperature

2. Remove your cheeses and saucisson from the fridge one hour before serving

2. Cut your cheeses just before serving (about 100-120g per person) and slice the saucisson as thin as you can

3. Decant  your red wine to air and let it open up

4. Arrange the cheeses from light towards stronger flavours, moving clockwise to give your guests the ultimate experience when tasting
