About the Producer
This independent Champagne House was founded in 1874 and has remained in the family for five generations. All their vineyards are Premier Cru with a terroir of the local chalky soils of the Montagne de Reims. Only the first pressed and best juice is used for all their cuvées. This Premier Cru Champagne is an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Using new and reserve wine up to 10 years old, this excellent Champagne then benefits from a further three years of ageing on its lees, giving it a wonderful depth, more rounded flavours and a greater creamy complexity.
